Ezra Jack Keats Honor Award, Every Little Kindness

Vesela in navdušena lahko na današnji 8. marec z vami delim novico, ki sem jo prejela čisto na začetku tega leta. Knjiga Every Little Kindness je prejemnica pomembne ameriške nagrade Ezra Jack Keats Honor Award in sicer za ilustracijo! Zelo sem hvaležna, skačem do neba! To je velika potrditev, da sem na pravi poti in spodbuda za naprej. In želim si, da bi se še posebej v tem času prijaznost razlila v vse kotičke in srca tega sveta.

I’m so happy that I can share with you the news I received right at the beginning of this year, and today it’s official! My book Every Little Kindness is the recipient of the Ezra Jack Keats Honor Award! I am so grateful, this is such a big honor! It’s a big encouragement and a confirmation that I’m on the right path, too. And I wish that kindness would, especially in these times, spread to all corners and hearts of this world.
